why is this in the halloween section its irrelivent to halloween =.= Zombies done = halloween
anyways it was pretty good
but you got lazy and didnt animate like half the story

though its was to short, i dont think its over rated But the main factors for its score are the facts it has decent animation and it shows an actual point... something animators avoid now days

Its a direct law violation to steal somone elses characters and use them as your own
to top it off you directly copied from the episode
The owners of the rights to DBZ dont care if you make a fanflash ussually but if you directly copy something they will fine the Shit out of you, well im not gna go report you cuz that would be a shithead move but anyways you seem to be a good animator so i guess all i got to say is dont break anymore laws
